That wall is where most people quietly give up on AI. It's not a you problem — it's a the-tool-isn't-the-transformation problem. A blank Claude is a brilliant assistant with amnesia. And even once it knows your business, staring at it going "right… now what do I actually build first?" is its own wall.

Before the day you complete your business-context homework (mandatory — it's what makes your Sidekick actually yours). On the day we load it in, connect the tools you actually use, and do the fiddly setup live. Your Sidekick is running before we move on.
